During my Junior year, they introduced the Service Learning program to give kids a alternate way to graduate. During the spring, we went to George Ade in Brook IN. We were able to go around their whole property, picking up trash and sticks. We also got to pick weeds throughout their gardens and flower beds. We went through the whole property, all the way to the golfing area, and back.
